the order must not yet be processed or shipped;

Requests that comply with these criteria will be verified, and the outcome will be communicated via email.

2. Cases Not Applicable to Cancellation

Order cancellation is not applicable in the following cases:

the order has already been shipped or handed over to the carrier;

delivery impossibility is due to address errors or incorrect essential information.

If the order has been shipped, the rights provided by the Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy remain applicable, within the terms allowed by current regulations.
